OVERVIEW
The firm was founded in 1975 by
brothers, Ben and Phil Gardner, and has grown to its present
size of four lawyers and ten support personnel. While
the firm represents leading corporate and institutional
interests in the area, the main focus of the firm is civil
litigation for the plaintiff and defendant, and criminal
defense in state and federal courts. The members of the firm
have a wide range of experience in personal injury, Social
Security disability claims, wrongful
death, products liability, premises liability, medical
malpractice, bad-faith insurance claims, criminal charges
and a variety of other complex matters including civil tax
fraud litigation with the United States Government,
anti-trust litigation involving both privately instituted
actions and actions instituted by governmental agencies,
trade secret, RICO, age and sex discrimination, sexual
harassment, patent infringement, restrictive employment
agreements, and cable TV rights. The firm regularly handles
complex industrial and commercial real estate development
and financing projects. The firm welcomes associations with
other firms.
